• Basic Insurance: Third-party liability coverage included in all rentals

• Exclusions: Damage from off-road driving, negligence, or unauthorized use is not covered

• Minimum age of 21 years (25 for luxury vehicles)

• Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same requirements
• Only authorized drivers listed in the agreement may operate the vehicle

• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and perform basic checks
• No smoking inside the vehicle (cleaning fee applies if violated)
• No pets allowed unless specifically authorized
• Respect geographic restrictions - do not drive outside permitted areas
• Do not use the vehicle for any illegal activities
• Return the vehicle clean and with the same fuel level as pickup

• Subleasing or lending the vehicle to others
• Racing, towing, pushing, or off-road driving
• Transporting illegal goods or substances
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Overloading the vehicle beyond its capacity

• Late Return: Charges apply for returns beyond agreed time
• Cleaning Fee: If vehicle is returned excessively dirty
• Damage Assessment: Charges for any new damage found at return
• Traffic Violations: Renter is responsible for all fines and penalties
• Toll Charges: Renter responsible for all toll fees during rental
